Yes it is snuff rocket. The only bad thing with them is that the things cost $25 each, compared to $5 for the normal ones. But snuff rocket does have a system of giving two different size doses of snuff. Never seen one so have no idea how it works exactly.
PhreeX I have seen a couple of pages of glass stuff for smoking, um, oils. Let me trawl through my history files and get back to you...

Herry, man, you refered to the contents as "Snuff" ... you only have to talk like that in a head shop, on these forms we acknowledge that "snuff" means "illegal powdered drugs you sniff" ..
