Question About Benzo's...

Alright, well...life sucks so buying xanax off the street is what it comes down to....I get "bar'd" once a week...usually taking 4 bars at once and living the moment until I awake the next day....I wanted to know: does doing it once a week effect tolerance? Do I need a break for my tolerance to go down? Also; I noticed I'm very shaky all day and I cannot keep my hands still. Around here xanax is pretty much the only benzo I can get.....I got some klonopin awhile back but only 3mg of it....Also; I don't know if this is real or just in my head...smoking on any Benzo is a MUST for me to feel it's full effects

I'd say high-dose Xanax once a week could lead to higher tolerance
 
you're already at a pretty effective dose. 8mgs of xanax all at once is quite a bit. i'm a heavy benzo/opiate user, and even to this day one whole bar is enough to put me down.

i try to add diphenhydramine and grapefruit juice to potentiate, but if i forget or don't have potentiators ain't no big thing.

are you not having any memory gaps with the 8mg of xanax?
 
Shaking is definitely part of benzo mindfuckery. My hands shake pretty much constantly these days. Not to mention seizures. I do not understand why people use benzo's recreationally.
 
Shakiness could probably be a result of the benzo's leaving your brain, it will go away after like 1-3 days when youre using them like that. But 8mg is overkill, after 3-4mg the negative side effects like total memory loss, stupor etc set in, and also builds tolerance/physical dependence way quicker.
 
Thanks for the replies...I used to take a shit load of Diphen with my xanax...it wasn't good...banging on peoples doors at 6am....driving my car on lawns....etc...now I only use DPH to fall asleep everynight....I'm shaking right now as I'm writing this...3-4mg doesn't do anything anymore..I need at least 3 bars to get that nice effect I always look for....damn, I'd love to take some right now but I just did on Monday so I guess I'll wait....ehhh....I always have memory loss on any Benzo's....at high doses I enjoy forgetting who I am and where I am....I just wish I could snap my fingers at this very moment and tolerance goes to 0 and 5 Bars appear in my hand... :(

Never been a fan of opiates....only time I do them is when it's free...I guess I'm a hypocrite because I'm most likely going to end up taking 3 bars in an hour or so....who am I fooling....ehh maybe not...well see...

2 Hours later...still sober...

Is it normal for one to text their boss and tell them the world while on benzo's? hahah or is it just me?...

No bars today....I'll wait until May 9th...the big day!
 
mate cn u help me im on suboxone and i have tooth ach only pain killers i have are paracetamole cn i mix them
 
yea 8mg once a week will build a tolerance, you will start eating them everyday. I just say this because I been there. In my mind I feel like I have to take enough to where I eventually pass out. So I stop taking so many at once and took less but more times a day. Nobody wants to hang around someone passing the hell out all the time.
 
Yes, taking 8 mg of alprazolam, even just once a week, will slowly increase your tolerance. Your tolerance is already sky high if you're taking 8 mg of alprazolam at once. That's a very high dose of alprazolam.

Perhaps you should start looking for a stronger benzo, like an hypnotic benzo - ie. triazolam, temazepam, nitrazepam (if you're not in the U.S.), estazolam, etc. Those have stronger overall effects, so you need less of them compared to the alprazolam.

Estazolam a stronger benzo than alprazolam? Ha, I don't think alprazolam is a particularly strong benzo but ProSom is the weakest hypnotic I have ever taken. Was prescribed it for 1 month and then went right back to triazolam after that.
 
at this rate, your tolerance will soar through the roof! i personally have been on and off benzos for 2 years..starting at 1mg and then binging and reaching almost 10mg of benzos a day! (3-5mg xanax +3-5mg klonopin)....as of now, i prefer .5mg-1mg of xanax with a nice bowl and maybe a beer or two...

yah i guess that was an exageration and hypocritical... i personally have a pet peeve about wasting drugs and their experience especially when you are not scripted them and they are of limited supply. however, now im in a cocktail phase and sometimes i get blissful euphoria and sometimes i black out...not good...and i have od'd atleast once, if not more...but i mean i have experienced that point to, and then i stopped dosing so much, but dosed more frequently..
 
I've had to resort to getting them off the street because after tapering off them my doctor will no longer put me back on them and I really crave them after being on them for 11 years. Its so hard to deal with anxiety because I never learned how to growing up, as I was on benzos. I should never have gone on them.
 
well, i can't get those other yummy benzo's i can only find xanax on the street....maybe ill take 8mg 1 day every other week...cuddle with a girl....that kind of stuff...
