Question about Benzedrine?

I have read that Benzedrine is similar to amphetamines and I will occasionally pop a pill of Adderall. Now my question is, is taking Benzedrine sold in diet pills the same as popping an Adderall? Do you get that euphoria and focus? <snip> and I figure adderall is expensive and if this is the same i could just buy this and save money in the long run.

I don't have any experience of Benzedrine but I understand it's a dirtier feeling high than Adderall. Hopefully someone else can chime in
