Was using almost everyday in sept for 2 weeks. Od'd and survived it but not without complications. Its oct 31 and ive been sober one month completly since the incident. No anything. No alchohol, no weed, etc.. I still have high blood pressure/ hypertension which seems to be a side effect of the drug. Is there anything i can do to lower it? Anything else to look out for? Advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Watch your sodium, gluten and MSG intake. Also artificial colors can really fuck that up.
cigs and caffeine ...2 of my favorite lil side drugs of mine... = fuck up your bp. While im smoking mine goes up 30 points on the top# . I'm hypertensive .

Well the doc gave me propranolol but i had bad side effects so i stopped after the first 2 days. Was wondering if there was a better way to lower it. Also wondering its been a month, will i get a seizure or heart attack etc? Or is it the anxiety thats getting to me? Thank you for the fast response. Really appreciate all the help.

Well I hear with beta blockers or clondine, once you start using it you have to keep using it for a long time? Or taper off it which I have no idea. I react pretty badly with prescription drugs so I try not to if possible. Just wondering the symptoms im getting. Hbp, headache then tingling sensation in my arms is from the anxiety and stress of getting of bath salts or im I at risk of getting a stroke, seizure, heart attack etc? My blood pressure ive been writing down goes from pre hypertension to hypertension. But the average comes out to 132/89. Will i be able to make it naturally? or will I need medical help from drugs? Thanks VitaMan for the fast reply much appreciated.

Ok so if anyone can chime in. But my friends all tell me that smoking weed will reduce my bp. Is this true? Says itll relax me as long as i can control the anxiety part. Is this true
