I have 4 pills, I couldn't get even 7 as 7 makes a blister, in case of Augmentin. Is my first time inn life when taking penicilin in such manner, I don't have any "life-threat" infection going on other than what is I think a reccuring tooth periapical abcess. Can I take these 4 pills only and be in safe realm, whikist asking this I also went on Google and saw few papers that suggests that for e.g "a full course might harm even the good bacteria leftover in human body". Whatcha think?

I'm no doctor but they're not something you should take unless you actually have an infection. It might not even be effective for a bad tooth. They can also be dangerous mixed with many drugs as they can be extremely potent inhibitors or inducers of liver enzymes such as 2d6 and 3a4.

Tooth ache was a very common application for antibiotics before everyone got crazy about antibiotic resistance.

One application maybe two is often enough. Usually you immediately notice pain relief after taking it. Though it might not take long for the bacteria to migrate again from a tooth cavity into the tissue, like sometimes a week or a month. Contrary to popular belief, antibiotics really only assist the immune system and most bacteria can shield themselves against them. The reason that they are prescribed for 4-7 days is mostly just to minimize odds that somewhat resistant bacteria will survive the therapy and hence you could spread antibiotics resistance. This is something though that only happens after an antibiotic has been taken millions of times. So whatever you do, it will not "actually" make a difference.

Taking a short acting antibiotic like penicillin only once is actually much much healthier, since it is highly unlikely to damage the bacteria in your gut or cause candida overgrowth. If your immune system and health is poor and you take antibiotics for a long time in a row and many times a year, then this is a recepie for potentially very harmful effects. A messed up gut flora can cause chronic mental issues, such as fatigue, headaches, depression or serious allergic and inflammatory diseases. It is unlikely but it can happen if you roll the dice just too often.

A severe tooth infection can quickly spread into the blood, cause heart attacks and poisoning. So I would neither take the infection nor what harm antibiotics can do lightly.

I got two more pills, so I can do a 3 day course but i'll handle with only 48hrs instead of 72, my health is ok I get sugar intake from pepsi and those 3 sugar spoons that i bounce the coffee with, rarely eat sweets like demented, if not at most ate a few days ago with breaks, some nutella and one mini ulker choco wafer, is from ulker though brands might matter in case of chocolate menus.

but i haven't take that many times, belive me at most in last 2yrs like 4 boxes, with 1 time being 2 packs because of my jaw Staph infection, probably when I was little at birth, ahaha
