Question about anesthesia

Ok. I just had some wisdom teeth removed at my VAMC. I wish they came in when I was 18 the military would have saved $. Nevertheless, i went in and they started the IV and set me up etc etc. the surgeon said im going to give you some anti nervous medicine its going to hit you all at once. I was looped out i was still awake but fvcked up. Then he said ok im going to give you the meds to put you out. then it all went black. What kind of drugs does this sound like to all you blighters

A lot of time they use versed and fentanyl.

A lot of the time they'll give you a pre-op shot of fent to relax you, then versed or propofol with more fent to put you under. It works quite well, even with an obscene opioid tolerance, so I'm gonna have to go with missmeyet on that....

Sometimes they'll use ketamine and whatnot, but thats really pretty unusual.
