Question about adderall XR and Amino Acids ..

I am looking for what would be nice to take while on adderall or with adderall ..

I heard L-tyrosine can be both good or dangerous

what at about the others ?

Valine ?
Leucine?
Theanine ?
Lysine?
Alpha -hydroxyisocaprioc acid (HICA)

I am curious of the effects ..if they could "help" the effects of adderall ?

I know they're ok to take I'm curious what the effects are ...

like carnitine can boost energy so can be taken in the day ..

Glutamine on the other hand I heard "interferes" with adderall enough to"slow" you down ..

I have a ton of supps and stay very healthy but occasionally like to uhm relax? Lol and don't like it being bothered with.

this is adderall XR ..so if it interferes with it it usually kills adderall...

thnx nx for any help all I know so far is Sodium bicarbonate ? (Baking soda) .
 
Any one ? I just want to know if say you took L-valine with Adderall should you expect a better or worse reaction from your adderall ?
 
if u want to increase and intensify the effects of Adderall, swallow a capsule full of baking soda, it will def put a kick into it, or taking tums or anti acids.. do not take amything acidic like vitamin C, orange juice, or anything of that nature, it decreases absorbtion by a lot..certain vitamins will help get the most out of your dose, I forgot which ones but multi vitamin DEF will help a lot

But multi vs have vitamin c ? How does that work ? I know the digestion basically is effected by alkaline or acidic basis (like baking soda as you said vs things high in vitamin c like orange juice) ..

but out what about adderall with certain bcaas or EEAs or a test booster with DHEA (not steroids or anything illegal..just the supps that lie claiming to boost test for body building legally) .
 
You will not notice a difference from taking amino acids unless you are strung out and malnourished. They will have no noticeable effect whatsoever. Chelated magnesium is supplement that apparently helps. Only taking thing that cause the blood, urine and stomach (antacids) to become more alkaline will noticeably increase the effect.
 
If you want amino acids go eat something with protein in it.... try a corned beef on rye. Or smoked salmon. Steak. Hamburgers. Or tofu, falafel, hummus maybe, if you're a vegetarian.
