if someone were to take a modest amount of adderall with food (20mg), then throw up about 10 minutes later, then drink a lot of orange juice, would it still absorb at all?

If you also throw up the orange juice after you drink it I assume very few adderall would be able to absorb, it varies from person to person, 1 maybe 2mg at most.

If anyone is forcing you to take Adderall you can dial 911 or seek out help at a police station.
