question about a pill

I have what I think is a perc. It's a white round tablet with a line down the middle and it sais 512. Just wondering exactly what it is and how many would be good for rec use.

hey guys i have a mystery pill, it is oval in shape, light pinky/biege in colour and has the number 018 on it with a line underneath it.
