Question 75mg effexor this 9am want to dxm tonight 6pm still at risk for SS?

would i still be at risk for SS just started the effexor a few days ago,i would think the risk is higher if i took the effexor and dxm together (stupid) than if i waited till tonight?am i wrong is the risk equally as bad? i have high experience with using/experimenting mdma,lsd,dxm.shrooms all sorts of cripts and pcp,long time user at least 12 years in moderation mind you/sometimes not we all get out of hand...but thanks in advance

although 75mg is a relatively small dose, maximum being ~375mg, it's most likely that the Venlafaxine that you're taking is a slow/extended release formula so it's not as if you're serotonin levels peak in the morning and dip in the evening, it keeps them constantly raised. As such you're always going to be at a risk of SS whilst taking the Venlafaxine.

To be honest, it probably is safe in a small dose, but I would advise against mixing any DXM with Venlafaxine. The small, but very real risk, of SS will remain just that, very real. It's just not worth it, IMO.
