QUEENSLAND AUSTRALIA- Having trouble finding a peice of legislation

Hi all,
I am having trouble tracking down legislation.
I want to know what the maximum penalty is in Queensland for unlawful possession of less than 1 g of dexamphetamine. It is a schedule 8 drug. I am worried about a friend who uses them and doesn't have a script.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stand...icines_and_Poisons#Schedule_8_Controlled_Drug

I am having trouble finding penalties for posession in the Drugs Misuse act.
I did find this for prohibited substances: http://www.pottslawyers.com.au/drug-charges-possessing-a-dangerous-drug-s9-dma.html
So I don't know if it would be classified as an amphetamine, like in this legislation? I know schedule 8 is different but I can't specifically find pentalties for 'posessing S8 substances unlawfully'.
I am trying to be prepared for the worst case scenario. If there WERE sniffer dogs and they COULD detect dex. And if it was less than 1g, and has never been charged with any offence before, would he be eligible for a Drug Diversion Program?

And if eligible is that definitely something he'd be offered, or could the police decide to change their minds and jail him for 3 years?

Any thoughts or insights would be greatly appreciated.

Again, I want to know the worst case scenario, as well as the most likely outcome, so that I can inform him.
