Quebec is not going to allow home cultivation of Cannabis (for the stupidest reasons)

Look what i found:

Pierre Aswad - Avis de décès
« À Montréal, le 2 décembre 2010, à l'âge de 61 ans, est décédé Pierre Aswad, conjoint de Réjeanne Jutras. Outre sa conjointe, il laisse dans le deuil Thierry (Anne Rouleau), Didier (Mélanie Joly) et Tina (Danic Champoux), ses frères et soeurs, ses neveux et nièces ainsi que tous ses parents, collègues et amis. »

This sure might happen to provide some explanation as to how a senior high-profile member of the CSAM-SMCA based in Calgary/Alberta was photographed in company of liberal-federal politician Mélanie Joly at Toronto's Royal Ontario Museum on October 7th 2010 to attend at some Awards Gala, seen together again on November 20th to celebrate the 150th foundation anniversary of Montréal's Musée des Beaux-Arts, on a theme titled: « J’Aime L’Art »...

:In love:

Melanie Joly got busy elsewhere these days but the son of Pierre Aswad and Réjeanne Jutras (presumably) participated to the recent « 26es JASP » (Nov. 27-28, 29) event providing mandatory continuous medical ("creditable") formation hours causing La Presse to publish this most revealing article:

Le vapotage de cannabis explose chez les ados (2023-Nov-28)
« En quatre ans, la part de jeunes consommateurs ayant opté pour la vapoteuse a triplé »

Not exactly the high-score which bigot prohibitionii$ts must have hoped for 5 years ago. And just to top it nicely the do¢tor also commented that jetable THC distillate Wax Pen are 3 times as, aHummm... Shall we say, « Habit Forming » while sales trippled, not to mention an additional crunchy (muted) detail about those products being LEGALLY sold in Ontario by Mohaks who imported it from a producer of bio/organic cannabis in British-Columbia - too bad the ma$$-media article won't push journalism that far though.

In any case i can't forget Justin Trudeau pretending it ain't for the MONEY, that his « légaleezation » would be rooted in Science, preferably in presence of astronaut-politician Marc Garneau to please the public eye in 2015...

Wow! 3 times the number of teens compared to 4 years ago and now they're "hooked" 3 times as strong. Way to go ¢hampion$!!

So, please don't try convince me again it's only about home-growing 4 plants. An electoral sacrifice « In The Name Of Children » finally got real faces and names 2 hours East of Québec city (18 to 21 excluded).

you could be living in the great LIVE FREE OR DIE state of NH. we cant even get rec weed here. when every other state around us has it. and if you want a med card here you have to give up your gun rights you cant even own or purchase ammo. all for dried up crunchy bud from temesical. i take my expired med card to maine and they give a discount of 20% for having it.

That was quick in denial.

Since english didn't seem to work (with "Québec" in the title) lets try a quote in my native language:

Now lets see what robotic translation makes of it:

At least part of the seriousness of crimes against childhood lies in the deprivation of individuals-to-be of their chances of healthy and flourishing emancipation, cannabis into adulthood if desired because that is no longer the way it is was 5+ years ago.

As for the ¢lient$ of the 'Norml' movement, the imperative consists of $relieving "illnesses", not to buy a privilege$ ¢ard at the price of $signature$ given each year in LEGAL SUPPORT of mer¢antile law$ based on the $¢ien¢e of the ¢ollege of doctors$ (they who already in 1890 dared to place both “Indian Hemp” and “Cannabis sativa L.” on the revised 'Li$te des Poi$on$' schedule, in the appendix schedule to our 'Pharmacy Act' alongside arsenic and cyanide), under the authority of the British Empire at the time when Canada was only a simple "dominion" and in accordance with our Founding Constitutional Law of 1867 granting Exclusive Provincial Jurisdiction to Québec.

Minor corrections ain't been rendered apparent to keep it simple to read, key ones are in orange.

Systemic vilainization of cannabis ensures a vast majority of teenagers who decide to experiment cannabis will only access the dark side by design, reminding YOU that the FCTC/COP6 is turning 10 years old at the end of 2024. Which means the "regulator" who did take action only compounded to a problem known as Wax Pen today.

Such « better-than-nothing » logic as yours is insulting for the motives briefly explained in the 1st paragraph. Cheating is no option when people can stand proudly under the sun simply enjoying cannabis gardening (of 4 plants)... The repent attitude of Norml is entrenched deep in a $i¢k 'n $ad universe revealing the absurd socio-toxic lack of any fair sense of proportions while the electoral sacrifice of french-canadian kids in my province is nothing short of ra¢i$t bullying if you asked me.

This is just more war under disguise. Feel free to morn your own victims, eventually... Meanwhile why not have the background expanded:
"Fix-my-Kid"
"Kids-for-Cash"
"Narconon Trois-Rivières"

Keep in mind that parental authority got confiscated to fix a broken CPS and now the MONEY flows for psych expert$/$peciali$ts, including a salary raise of 10 % it seems.

So i could proceed as you suggest and not even bother to think of it, but i can't somehow and i don't suppose it's even an option to leave that to others when even the Bloc Pot is sold to the liberal party - plus bolchevic communists of Paris dreaming of taxes from a state MONOPOLY as our SQdC, directed by a former insider of the main competitor who return to the alcohol industry with a salary raise too.

In The Name Of Children, of course!

*sang to the tune of “kars 4 kids”*
1-877 kids for kash, K-A-S-H kids for kash!
1-877 kids for kash, sell your brats too-day!

Maybe i can try Google Translate to decode this, another time since battling with content parsing from the on-line editor was time-consuming and depleted my energy seriously.

...

Please care to read the announced topic again, attempting to realize how nicotine stamps gained social acceptance by pleasing intolerant anti-tobacco bigots definitely not willing to grant dialog & cooperation in an adult manner, using $¢ien¢e-for-$ale as taboo-shield, prompt to favour confrontational ultimatums instead of respect proven through honesty and hence some fair sense of proportions.

In my electorally-sacrificed canuck french-speaking province it translates today as a legal interdiction to smoke/inhale within 9 meters from any door, window or air duct connecting with indoor spaces; it's not even permitted to be witnessed in the act by persons passing by on a sidewalk as i recall. Actually just the mere display of a cannabis leaf opens the door to legal prosecution while a retro-active cannaviction privilege has been given pre-electorally as gift to landlords only a few months before the liberals of Couillard were shown the exit...

Despite an edivent reluctance of ma$$-media to report it the legal phenomenons resulting from 3rd-parties socio-toxicity are impossible to mute on occasions, for example:

Un homme condamné à payer plus de 100 000 $ pour avoir fumé du cannabis chez lui (2023-Dec-28)
Un propriétaire condamné à payer 100 000$ pour avoir fumé du cannabis chez lui (2023-Dec-30)

Notice the timing... :badumtiss:

Once again the language barrier demonstrates brilliantly some of the severe limits in selective canadian "journalism" - which i prefer to basically tag as editorialism relying on half-truths and lies-by-omission. In this exact case, failing blatantly to explain with fair background that this condominium owner faced eviction procedures because of the liberal legacies from Lucie "Nez Rouge" Charlebois (2015-May-5, 2018-Jun-12) - who admitted in our parliament her emotional involvement relatively to her own father dead of lungs cancer... In short, dirty politi¢$.

This makes me repost my simple home-made tool se to proceed with the rest of it:

#1) Neuro-plasticity;
#2) Contaminants;
#3) Consumption Method & Ritual;
#4) Socio-toxic 3rd-party interference.

A confrontational ultimatum for tobacco smokers after importing Cut 'n Paste items of the FCTC/COP6 report (well aware of its russian context!) was bad enough, a 3 months ultimatum sent to rent occupants so they manifest themselves was the climax, really - until the CAQ of François Legault came around promissing to perform the "legal" age raise in place of its liberal predecessors who used to get political gains by offering symbolical sacrifice by procuration, that is. Yet very real repercussions on youth today can't be ignored or denied as VERIFIABLE FACT backed with real numbers collected by the haters while nobody remains to be rendered accountable.

I've previously offered hints on the importance of neuro-plasticity in the initiation process, reminding the reader that i've reversed such heritage myself in the 3rd age. No thanks to politi¢ian$, naturally... The matter of contaminants under the form of synergy-boosting "trace" recipes is far from being correctly addressed to my satisfaction now that it's associated to a NON-DETECTION concept + the absence of combinatorial C(n, r) restrictions. Draw your own impressions if you can!

In any case Québec is NOT Canada and Canada is NOT USA. It was cheating void of honour, based on a constitutional 1867 loophole (...), which gave us "medical" marihuana for incurable (renewable ea¢h year) SICK/SUFFERING people taken hostage by politi¢ian$. Does USA share this past with Canada? I dont think so and words are everything in a forum, especially for officials. That is the reason why it started today's 1st addition with CANNABIC EMANCIPATION (free from items #2 and #4) vs the Norml goal, preferably with items #1 and #3 responsibly/respectfully addressed to serve the greater good of The People on planet Itnoc.

Good day, have fun!! ☮️

Cheating usually fails at the test of time, it appears that's exactly the case with this old "explosive" article once announcing the future publication of a "study" which we can conclude will never happend or at least not in the open public space as previously suggested:

« L’ensemble des résultats, qui seront bientôt soumis pour publication, proviennent d’une enquête longitudinale menée dans 42 écoles secondaires par l’Université Laval et le CIUSSS de la Capitale-Nationale. »

Google traduction:

« All of the results, which will soon be submitted for publication, come from a longitudinal survey conducted in 42 secondary schools by Université Laval and the CIUSSS de la Capitale-Nationale. »

Fine, but why? Well, a hint was finally posted yesterday that reached my foggy radar:

SQDC Des produits de vapotage de cannabis sur les rayons
« Faute d’étude probante... »

An absence of a conclusive study, hummm... And yet we do have a 1-page condensed conclusion from this inconclusive study:

L’évolution des modes d’usage du cannabis chez les adolescents
« Cohorte de 42 écoles secondaires de l’Est-du-Québec du projet COMPASS. »

M'yep! That's the one all right.

So, now we learn that SQdC's general president-director Suzanne Bergeron concluded to an absence of demonstration relatively to Wax Pen being more dangerous than other consumption methods, a statement which Public Health won't deny including do¢tor Luc Boileau, who's a key insider of the INSPQ that organized the "26es JASP" where that "study" was presented, presumably in room 307AB or the Centre des congrès of Québec city. The date was November 28th 2023 and the theme:

Le vapotage chez les jeunes: les solutions pour renverser la tendance

In other words prohibitionism punishing responsible adults as usual...

At the time $pe¢iali$t/expert Didier Jutras-Aswad warned that wax pen use by teenagers multiplied by 3 because of it, idem for addiction because those devices sold legally in neighbour provinces don't cap their THC concentration at 30 %. Quite on the contrary, the disposable Burn Lemon Haze model illustrating La Presse's "explosive" article actually shows a high-purity "bio" product, the problem being it's been sold over the provincial border by Mohawk commerces located in Ontario (K0K 1X0, K0K 3A0). Initially produced by MMJ Express in British Columbia, sold only ~40 $Cdn... A bargain, not to mention the SQdC offers no competition!!

Now here's the pinnacle of this whole epic affair. Québec isn't going to adapt its 30 % THC cap while the so-called "study" systematically excluded VAPORIZERS as a valid consumption method.

Consequently, the SQdC stores will continue to play dumb by eventually imposing wax pen with 70 % contaminants and ZERO health-wise vaporist alternatives. As a result law-abiding responsible adults are expected to expose themselves to crappy wax pen despite an absence of long-term public health data. Way to go Legault!

Evidently it's all about mercantilism, none of those in power can simply grasp the implications as they're satisfied that wax pen remove the danger of combustion smoke. Public Health is "preoccupied" and yet unable to express their fears in clear terms, for example by pointing out that today's e-cigs still fail to integrate dosing better adapted to e-liquids, on top of generating "monster clouds" that represent a high risk of mechanical abuse for the respiratory system if we compare to cigarettes. Worse, as a side effect of Québec's 30 % THC cap those "legal" wax pen will likely boost the consumer's tendency to use more, chasing after an ellusive level of satisfaction for a lack of purity and no vaporizer to valorize it with « HR » concepts built in.

At such rate it will take ~7 years just to get mediocre wax pen on the SQdC shelves, 2~3 more to realize it's too late to put the geany back into its bottle by competing with other markets conveniently accessible via parcel mail.

Wonder what went through her mind when she came with the bright idea.
That Children could eat the plants, and as result get super stoned.
Sound s indeed as a situation any normal person growing Cannabis,
would make sure it couldn t happen.

Same for animal s, like Dog s can die of Chocolate.Though not the same,
as noone dies of Cannabis, kids do get sick or poisoned by other plants.

So isn t it strange she doesn t start with real dangerous housing and garden
Plant s people grow, things really dangerous like Taxus, Brugmansia s
or a hidden Amanita Phalloides [in the garden] 😲 and eat those ?

Wonder what went through her mind...

The animated meme from right above is an authentic one of Jane Philpott actually pronouncing the words "children" and "youth" at the time of capture, while you are now referring to Lucie Charlebois a former provincial-level decoy of the QLP/PLQ in an era when its leadership was composed of 3 do¢tor$ (e.g. cannabis haters who declared war on it in 1885~1890)... Here's a photograph of madame "Nez Rouge" which survived the erasure culture, so far:

Lucie_Charlebois_-_Seen_on_BNN_2017-_June-7_400x300.png

So isn't it strange she doesn't start with real dangerous housing and garden...

Not if we account for the context. There's been multiple images of ex deputy-minister Lucie "Nez Rouge" Charlebois published while in function and her RED NOSE seemed like a common element along the years, so my own intuition been that she had addiction issues herself, possibly by fault of alcohol. Go figure, i got no solid evidence to present except multiple snapshots of her. By the way, Québec's leaders have a long tradition of getting voters intoxicated or even falling for it personally, for example QP/PQ André Boisclair who used to have a powdery nose, according to what we found out much later when struck by a sex scandal...

Back to former deputy-minister Charlebois, as part of said context there's the TLMEP host animator Guy A. Lepage who gained popularily after making fun of politicians; i must mention him because of his brother Bruneau, dead by suicide (though suggesting dope is to blame, in time of « légaleezation » talks), but i suppose i've already provided related details about it before, on BlueLight exactly.

I've also attempted to raise awareness about the case of Athena Gervais, a child killed by alcohol with our champion of « healthy ways » acting as appointed provincial minister for rehab, youth protection and Public Health - which i find especially cynical if examined with due Historical perspective!

😔

Don t wonder any more what went through her mind,
the looks reveil the truth. Not really much going on up there.

Had to dump my San Pedro's when i got kid s.

Maybe people should stop having kids, so we can finally:
Grow/ make/ use drug s, anytime any place ?
That what normally happens right.
That just went through my mind, things ?

Parabolic dishonesty wasn't invented by Donald Trump, what else could we expect after the May 5th 2015 announcement in Québec's parliament that caused all political parties to vote unanymously?... Truth is it's only about image and getting elected, meanwhile the sa¢rifi¢e$ continue, for example just a week ago in a medium-size city nearby some 15yr old teen somehow found his way into an ordinary bar where they allowed to yet another binge drinking competition, until it became necessary to visit the emergency room that is.

Police is no better, our "public servants" prefer to educate the population on synthetic opioïds which are even more deadly than fentanyl. Quite honestly this strategy reminds me of vintage propaganda:

Christiane F. - Wir Kinder vom Bahnhof Zoo (1981)

The war never ends.

The book was good though and informative of Germany scene att.

the movie is kinda hard to find, so can t comment on it. But the book
was interesting. Not really anti drug propaganda imo.

A good reason to be careful/ avoid especially certain drugs and method s
of administration, YES.

Bowie's music was the only incentive for me to enter the cinema.

...kinda hard to find...

Christiane F: Wir kinder von Bahnhof Zoo (1981) English subs @ 9m19s

Not really anti drug propaganda imo.

Certainly not banalization, while the juxtapositions performed during the first 10 minutes alone should more than suffice to explain why Québec's political leaders thought this was worthy of a subside passed to viewers as a rebate on each cinema ticket... The toilet zombie scene is my favourite and it says it all, quite on the contrary! Not to mention that's totally inappropriate and inefficient as a means to "educate" the vast majority of us who just didn't care about hard drugs this many decades ago. Of course, social standards have changed of perspective now.

Enjoy the genuine soundtrack in german!

That will take some re-routing, my country blocks it. Shitty.

If its made in a anti-propaganda piece, books are always better then the movie.
IMO so a good made movie of a book i will admire,
maybe some movies are even better then the book ?
Stanley Kubrick the Shining, i have not read the book.
But the movie version of Stephen King was good enough to deter me.

I ll skip ! But do recommend the book. Christianne F.

And yet at the time of publication i'd never have entered any library looking for this particular book.

It's a film conceived to please the hyperbolic prohibitionists, not persons experimenting with alternate concious states and much less those capable of avoiding abuse spirals. The atmosphere is set by describing how kids end up defecating in the vincinity of towers of the Gropius city, the lifestyles under scrutiny are those of adolescent thieves who became slaves to their hard drug addiction and quickly slipped into juvenile prostitution for the sake of a fix, etc. We seem to agree that this is a cult film but what i see is the sum of failed attitudes based on myths like the turnstile theory leading to hell, trying to scare young persons with horror images inspired by withdrawal from heroin. One most striking example was the scene when Christiane F. throws up in all directions and finally ruins the precious doses which Detlev was preparing for them both (1h33m43s), which symbolically speaking could compare with nailing Jesus Christ on his martyr cross...

Another one is when the search for Babette concludes with a frontpage (2h00m50s), dead at 14. IMHO that's a counter-productive strategy if the goal was to make youth aware of « HR » concepts, especially the cannabis users who were targeted when i entered that cinema. Well, at the very least i just don't recall getting traumatized by the view of a single needle in the rest room. In any case the degrading tactics focussed on our teen's self-esteem destruction is shocking as that only satisfies a group of society who needs no such "information", entrenched in their own contradiction like avoiding to include alcohol in the hard drug category.
