Opioids Quality of Heroin in Toronto and the GTA (Canada)

In the past two years I have been able to track down multiple sources (most involving the asian gangs in Toronto) for China white with varied potency (uncut and cut ranging from 40-50% to 70% purity and only one source for uncut Afghan brown. Tar has proved to be elusive, it's been at least four years since I've come across it last, although the quality was superb.

What are your experiences with the quality of heroin in Toronto?
