I have been prescribed oxycodone since I was 17 for degenerative bone diseases, its a terrible painful thing to live with. anyways, this script this month for my 30's i always get, i seem to be experiencing a lot more restless legs with them; almost Opana like. does anyone know if any formulation has been changed in the Qualitest 30mg roxycodone lately? Any input is appreciated! Thanks in advance!!!

Yes, qualitest has changed their formula. The pills should look a tad different.

Nope, they are identical. Can you like, go in depth more & explain what exactly what changed & what that will cause? That didn't help much haha. Thanks man.

By the way, I take my medication orally, never any other way, so there is no issue with snorting/crushing things up in my case.

30mg oxycodone tablets should only have ... 30mg oxycodone as active. The FDA mandates these kinds of things and there are very serious penalties if you start "changing" active ingredients.

Even if the formulation has changed, the only differences would be in fillers, binders, dyes etc. NOT the drug content.

Povidone, cornstarch et cetera aren't active and won't cause RLS. It's probably stress or even just a side effect of chronic opioid use.

They are not identical, The new ones are a little taller and a tad wider, also they have a lip around the edges, the originals do not. Orally there should be no difference, but to people who sniff them there is a difference as there is more powder and they are harder to work with....

As mentioned above the amount of Oxycodone wasn't changed, I guess I should have said that originally. They only changed the inactive ingredients.

Even back in 2008 I remember the Qualitest 30mg oxy IR having a lip around the edge..

I don't think so? I thought they changed them in late '10, I could be

These or the old ones...
