RCs Pyrazolam Megathread

Tipplersbane mushrooms contain a natural compound that is an aldehyde dehydrogenase inhibitor which we intended to add as in effect, it's action is like that of Antabuse (disulfiram).
In my research for ALDH inhibitors I found Durian fruit contains some, including diethyl disulfide.

Several studies have shown that VSCs which have been extracted from natural resources inhibit the activity of aldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH), the key enzyme in alcohol metabolism with the ability to catalyze acetaldehyde to acetic acid [7,8,9].
VSCs, especially diethyl disulfide, possess similar disulfide bond structures as disulfiram; they may inhibit ALDH activity by following the same inhibition mechanism [7,8]. Diethyl disulfide is one of the most abundant VSCs in durian fruit.

Hey guys I was recently blessed with the opportunity to try out pyrazolam and since it's kinda rare I decided to look into other ROA to increase bioavailibility.

I've read several times that benzos can still be boofed despite most being non soluble in water . Apparently they just need be suspended in a solution but don't neto actually dissolve.

Well Apparently pyrazolam does happen to be water soluble and many say it is very effective when plugged. So I'm just wondering from those who had tried successfully, is pyrazolam really water soluble and do i need to make a solution with ethanol or PG or is water alone gonna work fine for rectal administration?

Thanks!

It's excreted through your kidneys unchanged, just eat it. Rectal use of benzo is only really needed at home if a family member/partner is having a seizure. Or, for riskier users, you realize you took too much of a stimulant or psychedelic and need to abort, ASAP.

With few exceptions, there is no real rush plugging recreational benzos, IV'd. A rare exception would be when plasma levels are reached very fast, as seems to be the case with Avizafone vs Diazepam (which can causes some antidepressant effect, for those with little tolerance or in withdrawal.

"Effective"

That said, you would reach higher plasma levels faster, which may be desirable and feel a euphoric "relief" from feeling "fine". That's al it does; it's a sobering benzo imho.
