purplish molly - anyone had experience cleaning it?

So, i got some MDMA (crystal molly, aka "moon rocks") today, and they've got a faint purplish-grey hue (i gather this is because they're smuggled into the country in bottles of red wine).

Has anyone had any experience cleaning it up? This batch is known to be of high quality, but I intend to share some of it, and i'd like it to look a bit classier than it does right now (not to mention, i prefer to have samples of pure white/clear material in my collection).

Has anyone attempted to clean up these "purple moon rocks", to get gleaming white crystals/powder? Did it work, or was it a drug-wasting boondoggle? I don't have enough that I can afford to risk losing much, so i'll deal with it as is, if i need to, but man, it just doesn't have the appearance i go for in my chemical collection.

If you had access to an organic chemistry lab you could recrystallize the molly and recover a decent amount but at home i'm thinking you will be left with nothing much

I doubt very much that mdma is smuggled into the country in wine...........dunno where you got that idea from. mdma woulkd be soluble in wine so rather pointless.

Discussion on cleaning mdma is not suitable for ED.

1. Its a very very dangerous process and not something that shoulkd be attempted by an amateur chemist.

2. It wont achieve anything other than remove caffeine and some of your mdma.

3. The colour doesnt hurt the mdma and caffeine is no big deal if indeed your stuff even has any in it.


Bottom line............dont waste your time.
