purple knees and elbows face red hot. Mephedrone OD??

I snorted a few lines of meph through out the day, none too big. My last dose was approx 3.5 hours ago. I've been taking meph on and off for the last week. But suddenly my face is turning bright red my knees are purple and my hands are brownish red. My vision is kind of blurry and I keep getting hot then cold. Is this an OD and do I need to go to the hospital? If I do need to go, does anyone know how they'd treat me? Thanks in advance

Yeah I don't know much about meph, but that sounds serious.
I'd seek medical advice, pronto.
