I bought 7oz of some over the counter cough syrup (200ml). It has 5mg of Codeine and 5mg of Prometh per 5ml. Last time I had nearly a full bottle and slept for about 24 hours lol. What's a good dose?

If you drink the whole bottle, which is 200mg of Codeine, you should get a moderate/decent high. This is assuming you really have little to no opiate tolerance. Codeine is a very weak opiate.
However, ingesting that much promethazine isn't wise and is probably just going to put you to sleep, which is most likely what happened last time. It might also lead to dysphoria, as doses over 100mgs aren't very good.
For reference, 100mg of Codeine is equal to about 10mg of hydrocodone.
