Purple Dolphins-recent and legit? Why bother to press a legit dolphin?

This thread is in regards to the legit purple dolphins that showed up on PR recently. The question being WHY would somebody press something like that, due to the notoriously bunk nature of most dolphin presses lately. Other people have said that there used to be a ton of legit dolphin presses out there. This press appears to be flat on both sides with a bevel on one side. The coloration appears to be very light. The stamp looks like a very generic dolphin. I doubt I will ever see these, but I'm curious still. Is it to make the destroyed dolphin name seem more trustworthy again? Is it to throw law enforcement off the trail of legitimate MDMA pills (the assumption being that law enforcement will deliberately target MDXX positive pills/Amphetamine positive pills more than they target piperazine and other bunk/shitty presses)? That could be a brain dead hypothesis for all I know. Yet if it is true I applaud the presser for drawing all manner of heat to all the bunk dolphin pressers out there.

The other dolphins out there seem to be heavy on the dye/coloration, these do not. I have also not heard of many (if any) recent dolphins that are purple, other than these.

Is this still an appropriate topic of discussion for bluelight?

I believe they use these notorious presses so newbies will think "o shit" from stories they have heard and to fool people that have taken dolphins before and might think they are from the same presser.

Any knowledgeable person steers clear of these unless tested.

What happens if this is the 'same presser' ? They are sitting on millions of unsold pills and cant shift them - so, they make a batch of fire pills and everyone wants 'Dolphins' again then they start to sell the adulterated ones again / fire ones / bunk ones etc.

This is better suited for PR discussion, because we're discussing things on PR lol.....

But it's not really that far fetched. There used to be like 5-10 dolphin presses operating around Washington. A lot of them were actually really good in like 2009-2010... then all the pills turned to shit, and they did too.

It's such a common stamp practically every presser has it lol... so it doesn't surprise me that someone decided to use it again... although it would probably be smarter to use another press.

^Mitsubishi stamp came out in around 1986 - there have been hundreds of pills with the same stamp since! The majority of them have been shit / adulterated but still people remember the stories from older users about OMG Mitsubishi (actually stands for 'three Diamonds') stamps so snap them up.
