Okay so i've been told by a fair amount of my friends in the past that if i get some purple mandy I'm in for a treat, it's supposed to be absolutely off the chain. Well I came across it once at a festival (was sourced from a guy local to me) but we had already rolled the previous night (quite hard at that) so unfortunately when i dropped it there was no way of telling how good it was - I had a slight half hour buzz.

Just wondering if anyone else has experience with purple mdma? It's like a purple tinge to it, if you single a small crystal out it looks see through but with big crystals or when the crystals are all together it's like it is like dirty purple colour. I've always heard good things about it so is it a trademark kind of thing or is it something to do with the chemicals?

Has to do with how they synthesized it. Color is no indicator to purity/quality.

Mdma can come in a wide range of colors, mostly being white/brown/yellowish.

Ive heard of:

Pink/ White / Tan to Off white/ Black/ Yellow/ and blue as well as purple,
As poster above said,
its not really an indictation of quality
But obviously, you are using it as an indication on the basis thats what is going around in your area,
and that colour is meant to be good,

But at the end of the day, if word is that colour is the best, then surely dealers could put food dye/colourent on their mdma to help it sell?

Lol rolling the next day is silly.
Have a look at this diagram : http://thebrain.mcgill.ca/flash/i/i_03/i_03_m/i_03_m_par/i_03_m_par_ecstasy.html

So thats why maybe it only lasted 30 minutes, as you can see in the diagram how the chemical that mdma releases in our brain is greatly depleted in numbers after a mdma experience

I heard they smuggle a concentrate mdma liquid in wine bottles when, the mdma product is extracted on location some purple coloring stays. I just heard/read this, no science guy here.

This is going to veer to close to substance ID, so long as you're using a reagent test and it's coming up clean, I wouldn't worry.
