Stimulants Purity - how it varies

So the first time i ever tried amphetamine was AMAZING!! dealer told me it was purer than most other stuff around, and although i didnt believe him at first, 2 hours and 4 lines later i knew he had been right!

It wasn't really like any of the other stuff i had snorted (mephedrone and bk-mdma), i cant really say if it was better or worse but it certainly was different.

i ended up having maybe 3/4 of the gram i had bought and a friend had the rest. i was really wired off this stuff and it was a really good time.

the second time i had it (last new years eve) it pretty much put me off forever.

i friend a had bought 1 gramme and came to the party i was at. i asked him how much it was and it was slightly cheaper than what i had payed for my whizz the last time.

i had maybe 5 or 6 lines and pretty much as soon as i took it i started feeling shit. most other were really drunk so i dont think they noticed as much, but since i was sober untill this point i could tell that this was really shit stuff.

i put up with it for an hour then thought "fuck it" and i went home. when i was lying in bed my skin was crawling, i had a pounding headache and i couldnt go to sleep. my pupils were massive but i didnt feel a bit buzzed it any way. just really shit and sick.

i know people go on and on about how some drugs are bad cuz of their purity, like ecstasy. but ive had at least 10 different pills by now and i only ever regret taking 1. and that didnt compare to how much i regretted taking those lines on new years eve. it completely ruined my night and the next morning was hell.

dealers cutting up their stuff till it doesnt even work can suck balls.
 
I'm pretty stoned so I'm not really sure what the point of this post is- could you clarify? Are you asking for what it may have been cut with or stating that people who had a bad experience with meth should try it again. Or none of the above :P
 
well. my point is just kinda how drug experiences can vary. you might "think" youre getting speed, but in reality its just some 5% pure cut to shit stuff.

and btw im not talking about "meth" here. in europe "speed" means good old alpha-methylphenethylamine

but youre right maybe it does belong in a different section... meh. if the mods wanna move it go ahead.

Yep. We can sit here and speculate forever about how pure your substance is or what it could potentially be cut with. OD isn't the place for story telling, though. If you'd like to write up a trip report about any positive/negative experiences feel free to check out the Trip Report forum.
