Heroin purify black tar heroin

Anyone know how to go about refining black tar heroin?

Is it just fantasyland to think it would be possible to somehow dissolve the tar, and somehow make ECP out of it?

This is for harm reduction, as there are so many adulterants in tar.

(I am definately not talking about "gunpowder" or tar mixed with baking soda/powder)

IMO it would be hard.. easier to just find better dope.. but I know allot of junkies that love tar.. lov it.. love it above fent china.. or raw.. think its something about a nice hard buzz while awake. idk

Its not difficult at all IF you know what the cut is and what salt of heroin base you're dealing with, hcl, etc. That's the problem though is identifying the adulterants.
