Pupil Dilation

Is the Pupil Dilation Bad for your Eyes? I have bad eyes and wear contacts most of the time. And it seemed that mine Dilated ALL the sudden. It wasn't very gradual or anything... So i am just wonderinf if this is bad at all?
And should we be looking straight in to those BEAUTIFUL lights? (NOT that I could help it! They are Truly amazing in that moment LOL)

The disco lights are normally set at an angle that they cant damage your eyes but staring into any bright light for too long can do serious damage to your eyes. IF your rolling and its sunny outside stick on some shades - one thing you dont want to damage is your eyes.

Yea I'm pretty sure when your rolling balls and you get a light show it is worse than if you were sober. I mean it can't be good having strobe lights an inch from your face while your pupils are dilated as fuck just staring at them. But w.e lights are too good while your rolling i say fuck it and enjoy. As long as you aren't rolling every week end coupled with getting tons of light shows every weekend.

Use the search function, I can't find it ATM but there was a thread were several people posted stuff about pupil dilation.

Pupil dilation is natural, and doesn't harm your eyes. Waving lights too close infront of your face, does though.
