RCs pulled over and EXTREMELY worried

so i had 50 etizolam tabs, about 500mg of jwh-210 and 1700mg of mxe
i just found out that 210 is a schedule 1 in texas and a class 5 felony

they gave me back my mxe and etizolam

i am an adult... what should i be expecting
