Psychological or Physical issue?

So whats worrying me is that when ever I seem to do drugs I pee often? I know there might be many threads on this but I do not wan't to match up things in my own case. I just want to say it here what happens with what i do and not others. So here is the Low down, Almost all my life I have never had this issue at all,ever! I started sniffing Ketamine when i was about 16 years of age, I kept sniffing on and off for about a year. First 6months were constant, by constant i mean like every weekend or so. I would sniff about a small bottle which from what i heard was weighed out by .7 . So eventually i stopped but i did notice every time i sniffed I would use the bathroom more often than i normally would but When i was sober it was all fine and dandy. I would not get the pee drip after taking a wizz. However fast forwarding after my "LSD" trip [Note i put lsd in quotations because i am NOT certain it was LSD, could have been a NBOME Class], I noticed whenever I took drugs like MDMA,K,sometimes weed,M1 I would need the urge to peee! I mean a strong feeling of going to the bathroom yet it wasn't a large amount. After this incident i noticed even when i'm not high i still get that Pee drip stuff or having to wait a little while after i pee to make sure everything comes out. I have no blood in my urine nor do I have any pains or burns. My piss is not very dark yellow at all. I forget why i went to the doctor for but he issued to test my urine,blood and they checked my liver, everything came out fine! Nothing to report at all and everything normal. The only thing they told was that I have Vitamin D deficiency but then again so does the rest of the 70% of the population. It's getting soooo annoying that i decided to make a post about it and see if anyone knows anything or has experienced this. In addition I'm almost 20 years old and have not sniffed since i was 17 or maybe beginning of 18. Anyone has a clue at all? I highly appreciate your inputs and responses as usual!

PS. If anyone had this problem and solved it, which type of doctor did you go to as well as what medications or procedures did you have to go through to fix this issue.
If its any help at all, I notice my erections aren't as hard as they used to be when i was 15-16. Also seems like I lost libido/size. Is it maybe because my diet is bad? I know I'm not as athletic as i used to be at all! I've since gained some weight but im not obese at all. I have since gotten love handles o.o and some stretch marks as well as a small belly. I did get a prostate check as well and they doctor said I have a very small case of hemorrhoids but my prostate is 100% fine. I think the hemorrhoids are from driving too much.

Ketamine can cause problems to the bladder, such as ulcers, as well as fibrosis and stiffening of the bladder walls. Symptoms you may experience are pelvic pain, blood in the urine and needing to urinate many of times a day. How that ties in to other drugs is unclear.

Your diet, lack of exercise, and past ketamine abuse maybe related to your problem, maybe not, only a doctor can confirm that.

Start by going to a urologist. You'll get an ultrasound for starters to see what's what. Only once your problem is identified will they decide which course of action needs to be taken.

Thanks Chromophobia for replying to this and leaving your input. Yes, I've read what Ketamine does to you but I don't think I sniffed that heavily nor take it that often over a 6month period to do any real serious damage. Then again different results for everyone. Um, as for pelvic pain, non of that, doctor checked that already. Could be stiffening of bladder walls. I'm also saying almost any drug in general I'd have to pee often. As soon as i take some M1 and start getting dry dry mouth I start drinking water and that makes it even worse but If i don't then I'll die because how dry my mouth is. Then I start pissing every like 20-30 minutes, on the come down here comes God of urination himself, every 5-10 minutes ill have to go.

In either case, see a doctor and don't bank on it to disappear by itself. The sooner you seek treatment the better. It's difficult to speculate on why this is happening, and how the drugs are involved. Even if you knew, it wouldn't make a difference as you're still going to have to get treatment. An ultrasound is an easy and comfortable procedure which takes 10-15 minutes at the most.

Alrighty, Will set up a referral to a specialized doctor. I've even discussed this with people who use ketamine i know in person and they agreed they have the same thing. I know a kid who pisses blood and even says his balls hurt at times.

Hopefully will get more inputs on this from people mean while.

pretty common for me to have to drink tons of fluids and pee often on stims, even tho they make urination difficult, sometimes frustrating but i think especially for m1, it's just the drug. stimulating psychs do the exact same thing to me too, same with some opiates. Some people have some connection with over urinating and anxiety, maybe when you are stimmed, you just urinate to relief anxiety and keep doing it when it's not necessary. I know that happens to me. I'm sure a Dr. will have better info on this but this is my experience with stims and psychedelic stims in particular.

You are right, most drugs are like that. Just cause our system is filtering it. Yet, I feel like its more than just that. Any how I'll just follow the MODS advice and go see a specialist about this situation! Can't hurt, only help
