Ok, kind of an odd question, if it makes you uncomfortable or you feel like making a puerile comment, just move in to the next thread please.

I had always been told that I had fairly mild tasting semen (maybe from being vegetarian) but recently a number of partners have told me that it has a bitter, chemical taste. This began around the same time as I began to use phenethylamine psychedelics on a more regular basis (once every 2-4 weeks as opposed to once a year or so).

Could there be a connection between ingestion of phenethylamines and bitter tasting semen?

Heheh, I'm not a vegetarian and even the periods of my life when I haven't taken drugs(at all).. I have been told the same.
And I have tried drinking pinapple-juice because it is said to make it taste sweet :P

Lol ^^

I have heard its mainly down to your diet, I mean the amount of food you eat daily far outweighs the amount of drugs you consume ( Obvs ) haha, or i hope so .. I cant see a substance affecting spunk realy, but ive never looked right in to it apart from food and drink affecting it, The girl ive been with for last few yrs says its sweet, prob from the varied diet i try to keep, and i usually drink around a litre of pure fruit juices a day, varying day to day from orange, pineapple, to mango etc , seems to keep her happy ..

I spent most of last year taking phens once a week on average, as opposed to once every couple of months like I used to do, and there was no detectable change in my "flavor". Can't imagine that psychedelic metabolites would get concentrated in the sexual fluids, but I don't know for sure.

The PEA metabolites would likely be non-nitrogenous and not bitter, anyway....

I don't know what to tell you other than semen is not really supposed to taste good. It's full of all sorts of wierd organic chemicals (c.f. spermine, spermidine) and salts that are there to regulate spermatozoal functions and can be easily influenced by diet, hydration level, frequency of 'emissions' etc.

Kinda far out of my area of expertise, but I would guess diet would be a much larger influence on this than drugs you only consume once or twice a month. But who knows
