Psychedelics allergy?

Hi,
recently during tripping on psychedelics, there are worrying me signs. Phenylethylamines cause mild throat edema. I feel it quite strongly, slightly changing my tone of voice. I have no problems with breathing and swallowing fluids
Last trip I was on a 4-aco-dmt. There was a serious problem, I felt a big problem in breathing. At first I thought it was bronchospasm. I took 2 doses of inhaled salbutamol. No reaction to the medicine. So I started to suspect that this may be Quincke's edema. I had no other medications except pseudoephedrine, so I took 240 mg of hoping that, like the nasal mucosa constricts the throat to help me. After 15 minutes of breathing problems decreased after 30 breathe normally.
Could it be an allergy to the compound or a group? I read that serotonin is one of the mediators of allergic reactions. Does exogenous agonist may serve this role?
What should I do? Can next exposure cause anaphylactic shock?

I'm going to move this over to psychedelic drugs as you will probably get better answers there.

I have asthma and many allergies, and I've never had a negative reaction like described. I have never tried 4acodmt, but I read about such symptoms before trying 2ci awhile ago, and it did make me nervous but nothing bad happened. Are you sure you weren't having a minor panic attack? I can imagine it happening while tripping, thinking my throat is closing after an inhaler didn't do anything. However not a psychedelic, but when I take m1 in the daytime, after it wears off I will notice a definite change in my voice, as well as it being a little more difficult to talk. I have no idea why though.
