Miscellaneous Psychedelic use motivations questionnaire

Hi everyone, I'm sharing my questionnaire for my Psychology uni dissertation. It's completely anonymous and should only take 5 mins.

Open to anyone 18+ who've used at least one of: Magic Mushrooms/psilocybin, LSD (acid/blotters), DMT, 2C-B, NBOMes, Ayaguasca, Salvia, Mescaline, PCP, Peyote, 2C-T-4 in the last 12 months.

I think I filled this out a couple months ago and found the selection of compounds and some questions rather weird. I think the amount of people having used NBOMes (rather than the currently more prevalent NBOHs), 2C-T-4 (which was rare even when there were all phenethylamines under the sun available) and whatever is "ayaguasca" (obvious typo, but come on!) is rather low, as a quick exposé of what I observed. I don't know how I feel about contributing to research that (at least superficially) feels rather badly thought out.

Yes I noticed a number of typos as well. Pretty obvious and easily fixable. Perhaps the researcher wants to answer a specific question with regards to prevalence of 2c-t-4 use? I wouldn’t be sure why though

I might be one of the few people here who have actually used 2C-T-4. That was almost 25 years ago. If anyone in the world has used 2C-T-4 in the last month, I'd be surprised.
