Psychedelic Tolerance Question

In the past week, I've taken LSD in dosages of 60 - 90 micrograms twice, about five days apart. I plan on tripping between Wednesday and Thursday, and the last experience was about 60 micrograms, on a Saturday night, with 30 mics taken three hours apart. So going by the psychedelic tolerance chart (http://www.bluelight.ru/vb/threads/...mp-Shroom-Tolerance-FAQ-and-Discussion-Thread), my tolerance after three or four days would be between two-thirds and three-quarters of the original dosages (reciprocal of the original dose percentage).

But would those low dosages, spaced out five days apart lead to tolerance that high? Or would it be lower? Also, I've been taking 5-HTP, St. John's wort and ginkgo biloba, given that all three are known to boost serotonin, would that also decrease tolerance?

Also, when I plan on tripping, I'm probably taking around 120-180 micrograms, with a sixteenth of mushrooms a few hours later (depends on how far I want to go).

This answer is probably a little late but.. Tolerance has nothing to do with levels of serotonin in the brain, so those supplements aren't going to help you. You'll have had some tolerance, but nothing major, and I'm assuming your trip went fine if you went ahead with it.

That said I'd advise against throwing in a dose of a psychedelic hours into another one, since the acute tolerance is pretty big and after the first hour or two tripping your tolerance will be very high - so it'd be much more effective to just decrease the doses of both substances and take them at the same time. :)
