This song is technically unfinished and maybe a bit too floydian for its own good but still a great listen


I don't know if you could really call Dream Theater "psychedelic" but they've done some incredible 20-minuters which are immersive enough to be worth a mention

Definitely not.
Going off on a guess to say you were gonna put Lucifer Sam (if you count that as him or just his solo stuff). He did write all the early stuff either way though, including much of his solo stuff was written in the UFO Club days 66-67.
