psychedelic opiates

So there are the DOx which are psychedelic amphetamines and there are also dissociative with some opiate effects and opiates with some dissociative effects...

So my question is theoretically can a psychedelic/hallucinogenic opiate be created, or does one even exist already?
And what about a psychedelic/gaba drug/dissociative/opiate all in one substance?

Fact or speculation - all posts are welcome

Ketamine and its analogues have psychedelic/dissociative/opioid properties.

yeah i know and even kinda mentioned them.
thing is you can't nod on mxe asnd though the headspace could be psychedelic the visual aspect is typical for dissociative.
