Psych drugs that exacerbate serotonin syndrome?

I have a mild case of serotonin syndrome (I've had a full blown case before, and recognize the symptoms). They just increased my Lexapro to 20mg on Thursday, and on Saturday I wasn't thinking and let them give me 50 mg of Imitrex for a migraine (I'm guessing the migraine was likely a side effect of the Lexapro), and the combo probably pushed me over the edge into mild serotonin syndrome.

Currently, they have me on 450 mg of Wellbutrin, 20 mg Lexapro, 2 mg Abilify, 10 mg Zyrtec twice a day, Flonase, 10 mg Ambien, 1.5 mg Klonopin. Other drugs I take PRN are Imitrex, Tylenol, Advil.

I know that Wellbutrin, Lexapro, and Imitrex can exacerbate serotonin syndrome. Is there anything else in that list I should be worried about? They gave me 4 mg of Zanaflex today to treat the muscle tension. Is that sertogenic? Recommendations for painkillers that won't make the problem worse? I know that a lot of opioids are contraindicated.

Yes, I know they have me on way too many meds right now. I'm pretty unhappy about it.

Thanks in advance for any input.
