helloooo.
so i have to visit a psych for assessment of possible ADD/ADHD or depression
and i got a letter recently about my appointment which is a few weeks away
and it says

"please note you must be free of all non-prescribed (ie illicit) drugs for at least two months so that any prescribing can be made in accordance with the WA Health Department regulations which include the necessity for urine drug testing"
in the last few months i have induced a large amount of marijuana, ecstasy, dextroamphetamines and acid.

firstly, don't stress, easier said than done I know but there is nothing of great concern here

It is extremely common for people with undiagnosed ADHD/ADD to self medicate with a range of illicit & non-illicit drugs - this will be no surprise to the psyc. It is critical that one must abstain from drug taking activity for a period of time before any mental illness/disorder can be properly diagnosed and treated.

The finer details vary in each state, but basically there needs to be a level of comfort that the patient has stopped any non-prescribed drug intake before stimulants can be authorised.

Diagnosis takes time and it would be highly unlikely that you would be required to take a drug tox screen and subsequently prescribed stimulant on the first visit, especially if you are open about things.

The best thing you can do is to be honest about your drug taking with the psyc, build trust and it will go a long way.

even people with a history of heavy IV drug abuse can successfully be prescribed dex/mph

FYI, out of the drugs that you have been taking recently, pot is the one that will hang around the longest - for the heaviest of users it will take 3+ months for the body to flush traces from the bodies fat store, however pot use has least influence on this matter.
Personally for me, e/meth/d-amp will be gone in under 3/4 days and even less for LSD.

Well done for taking the steps towards possible diagnosis - be open and honest and things will be cool!
 
Do a Google search for 'Isis Detox' - These tablets are sposed to flush your body within 7 days so you can pass a drug test.

I've never really trusted the idea, but I think they offer (...at least they used to) a money back guarantee..so its worth a try right.
