Psilocybin today, Mescaline crystal tomorrow...

If one was to dose up on a bit of mushie today and take some mescaline tomorrow night, would the mescaline trip potentially be lessened? While they are different drugs, and interact differently on the brain, I figured I should at least ask before dosing today.

Yes, they will exhibit cross tolerance. Their effects on the brain are very similar.

As a rule of thumb, effects which overlap will cause tolerance to each other.

For more information, look for the Tolerance thread(s) in the Index (link to the index is below in my signature), often spacing trips a week apart is considered minimum to avoid weak effects or other kinds of disappointments but preferably a bit more than that.
