Hi all,
In years past, I have taken MDMA with my partner and had a fantastic time. We were more open to each other and sorted out all the problems in our relationship, without years of therapy. This weekend, my boyfriend and I may be doing it again. However, we have no MDMA, but I have managed to acquire mushrooms. Would a low dose be beneficial in this type of communicative relationship therapy? I'm not talking doing 5 grams and trying to talk about my problems -- frankly, that would turn into a horrible trip for me. However, a low dose causes me less anxiety. Would it be a substitute for MDMA in therapy? Thanks a lot! (I know that no drug can "heal" me, but I'm asking if mushrooms can open my mind and break down barriers like MDMA once did for me).
