Kratom pseudoindoxyl rash/acne?

Curious what people’s experience is, if any, with skin issues induced by pseudoindoxyl or 7OH.

Within the past six months, my use has increased to about 120 mg a day and I have developed the most terrible adult acne on my face only. I wonder if this could be the cause because it started when the dose increase started. When I was first using these alkaloids, I was only taking 10 mg or so a day.

The only info about skin issues I found was in an article I read from the National Library of Medicine that an uncommon side effect of chronic Kratom use was hyperpigmentation. But nothing about acne with kratom or its alkaloids, pseudo or 7oh.
