Pseudoephedrine UK,????

I'm in the UK and was curios to know about the pseudoephedrine extraction and conversion process?
I know it's done alot in the USA,but is it really worth the time and effort to do it in the UK, I ask?
Over here the main OTC drug comntaining it is:"Sinitab" I'm wondering if anyone knows of this,it's a very popular tab to unblock the sinuses+for colds etc.
As for the vicks inhalers,they don't contain pseudoephedrine over here!

Not sure about your problems in the UK but have a question along the same lines about the production of red phosphorous and hydroiodic acid. Can one simply buy red phosphorous? The web site i read suggested scrapping the backs of match packets... is there any way around this?

I've heard that birch method is pretty tricky!not 4 amataeurs!!(careful)
Anyway in the UK,you can buy Red matches(non-saftey)now i'm not 100% sure but i think these are the ones u can't get in the usa without scraping them saftey cards!!!!
