PS4 People... WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN PLAYING?

At the moment? Nah, not really. I haven't looked. I still have to do justice to Bloodborne, Witcher 3 and Final Fantasy X/X-2, lol. I kicked Witcher 3's ass already, but when I first started playing there was a fucked up bug in a side-game (Gwent) that kept me from participating in it. So I beat the game without fucking with the Gwent quests/side-missions, but the other day I noticed they patched the bug so I started a new game that'll let me 100% this thing if I ever get the urge to go all OCD on my video games.



I mean, I'm still looking forward to No Man's Sky but they've pretty much stopped releasing news about it. At this point I'd be surprised if it saw a release date in 2015, tbh, but I'm still holding out hope.
 
just looked up "no man's sky" and recall the distinct art direction. reminded of "fortnite" from epic games, was interested in that when i was building my gaming pc like 3 years ago lol, supposedly a 2015 release date.

i hear you tho, doesn't look like an exciting 2nd half of 2015 for any major triple aaa release. o well =/

Anyone care to recommend a FPS with a good single player mode?

Multiplayers cool, but I'm more of a solo kind of guy and I remember some of the old FPS's I played with my brother (like the first Playstation's Medal of Honor series) had, what I thought to be, really, really terrible stories.


I can respect wanting to just run in and mow down millions of enemies but, you know, I gotta feel invested. Like Mass Effect 3.
 
Played the last of us, then it was destiny, taking a break from that right now, now its bloodborne and wow is bloodborne a good game.
 
So I picked up Far Cry 4 earlier this week, and I just have to say that you guys should probably pick up Far Cry 4.

The gameplay is a weird blend between Assassin's Creed and Fallout.... that's what it reminds me of, at least. Seems like I can't travel 100m on the map without running into 3 or 4 sidequests or events..... so fucking awesome.
 
Jibult.....Far Cry better than grand theft? I debated big time about whether to get Far Cry and decided against.

Eh...

I'd say they're about the same level in terms of playability, but GTAV is like the epitome of a never-ending sandbox and it just never gets old (permanently.)



Far Cry 4 is fun as shit but GTAV might have it beat, gotta be honest....
