SAMe / GABA / L-Trytophan / St Johns Wort - Lots of excellent customer feedback on these for depression

The whole premise behind the anti-depressants is more placebo than anything, the goal is to make you think ur going to be better so you get out in the sun and be more active, which will make u feel better.
