Prozac withdrawal question

I've been taking prozac for around 5 years now at 40mg daily.

If I missed a few days (2-4 days) without taking it, I'd feel awful, I'd have the WORST headache, feel sick, a lingering anxiety, feel irritable, ect.

Around 4 months ago, I started taking codeine every day recreationally and still am (60mg-260mg) and since I've been taking codeine, whenever I forget to take my prozac for a couple days, I don't get any withdrawal whatsoever. I'm currently at two weeka without taking any prozac and absolutely feel fine?

So, is this just me or does opioids actually stop withdrawal from other drugs?

They don't stop them. They numb you out good enough to where you don't give a shit about them lol But in all seriousness, once you stop with codeine, you're most likely going go through even worse withdrawal symptoms than with Prozac. I would highly advice to slowly rapper off the codeine and you'll be fine. And again, no, the codeine did not peevent the symptoms, it just made it very manageable.

and then, forget about the codeine... wd should be unexistant/mild

of course, this would be the ideal, but if you don't wanna leave the opiates behind... at least get off the fucking antidepressants

Ditto.
Antidepressants are made to turn you into a mindless, emotionless drone. I'd rather opiates to be recreationally legal than antidepressants be even prescribed. Besides opiates are better for depression than this shit lol
