prozac,dex,provigil,zyban fall asleep

Hi
I was hopeing somebody can help me out.
I have been diagnosed for depression /adult adhd for 3 years now.
My problem is I was taking 40mg prozac,300mg Zyban,30mg dex.
When I start readinga book and needed concentration I need to sleep no matter what time of day.I have even taken my medication at night to see whether I can forgo sleep but 1-3 go back and I fall asleep.
I now have added 200mg provigil to the mix and its done nothing.
If all the above meds are stimulating because of increase dopamine, norepinephrine why does this happen.
I know abaout paradox effect on add basically physiologically we are the same
taken adhd people have a somewhat different reaction but concentration should increase to some degree.
Basically my question has anybody had similar side effects and if so how it was dealt with.

Iin my past experience when I've taken wellbutrin/zyban and then took an amphetamine like adderall or dex, the zyban seemed to block most of it.

Also, I noticed (a friend noticed also) that for some reason, provigil while it works fine on its own.. if i mix provigil with dexedrine.. = sleepytime, like they cancel each other out.. have no idea why but it did it every time. Both alone work great though.
 
God, mixing Zyban and amphetamines, that's like mixing prozac and MDMA. *damn doctors*, i.e. Zyban stops amphetamines from working.

Talk to your doctor about dropping the Zyban, and then think about getting a new doctor.
 
^ My other half has told me about some of the combinations that US doctors prescribe - when they come to Britain and want to get their meds renewed, most GPs will recoil in horror at the pharmaceutical 'hundreds & thousands' mixture of drugs they've been taking, then require confirmation that what their patient has been taking isn't potentially dangerous/fatal!
 
Damn.I expained to pdc that zban with amphetamines boosts the dop.effect
Have you guys abtsacts that say just that.I have spent a fortune on zyban

The school I go to is populated with future doctors and doctoresses (loyola chicago) and I am genuinely afraid of what these people will do when they have actual responsibility in their hands.
