Provigil, Klonopin, Tramadol combo need advice

Hi guys; Yesterday I did 500mg Tramadol, still feeling a little the effects, and now I have 100mg left, plus 400mg Provigil, 4mg Xanax and almost unlimited supply of Klonopin and Clonidine.
I just did 200mg Provigil, the Tramadol left, and 2mg Klonopin.. how much Klonopin/Xanax/Clonidine/Provigil should I take in the end? Thanks in advance!

So you were still feeling some effects from your previous dose and you took 100mg tramadol, 200mg modafinil (Provagil), and 2mg clonazepam (Klonipin)? What is your tolerance to all of these drugs? How long has it been since you took them and how are you feeling? Opioids and benzos can be a dangerous mix and I would advise you not to take any more drugs. At the very least wait several hours and see how you feel. Really can't tell you what safe dosages are without knowing your tolerance and how you are affected by these drugs. The modafinil may also temporarily mask some of the effects of the tramadol and benzos and make it easier for you to unknowingly overdose.

I have high tolerance to benzos and low-medium tolerance to opioids. I'm also a fast CYP2D6 metabolizer (been taking Codeine and Tramadol for years and still both feel very good). I would like to know in particular if there is some difference in taking some Xanax and Clonidine.

Sorry, I didn't see your last post til now. What did you end up doing?

The main difference is that you are adding more drugs into the mix. Mixing benzos and opioids is already dangerous, and more/higher doses of benzos = more chance of overdose or serious/unpleasant side effects. Most deaths from tramadol have been from taking it in combination with benzos. Alprazolam (Xanax) and clonazepam (Klonipin) are about the same in strength, but last for different lengths of time. Taking clonidine with benzos or opioids will increase the hypotensive effects, although the modafinil might partly counteract that. Taking this combination may also affect your heart rate in weird ways. Clonidine will also synergize with the effects of the benzos and tramadol. What is your goal with taking all these different drugs at once? Are you looking for a particular effect? I would suggest whatever the dose of benzos you can take by themselves that you take significantly less when combining benzos and Tramadol. And even less if you are going to throw modafinil and/or clonidine into the mix. And it's always good to wait a few hours to make sure you are feeling the full effects of the drugs before redosing. But as I said, the modafinil might also temporarily mask some of the effects of the tramadol and benzos, so that complicates things a bit.

^ Couldnt have said it better myself, only thing I can add is take it easy with the benzos, if you have any form of benzo tolerance kpin is the most subtle benzo imo unless you take moar but we all know how that ends. I take ~ 1.5 - 2mg kpin daily trying to taper off and get these jolts at night similar to this video but not exactly the same... Scares the crap outta me, electrical jolt and my body twitches with it, feels like the beginning of a seizure
