Protein Gas

You know what I'm talking about, it can be brutal at times. I seem to go through waves of like a week or so where its extra bad, but typically its just annoying.

I've read up on it, and some people suggested eating the yogurts with probiotics to aid digestion. While looking into those products I found that half actually don't have the cultures in them that they say they do, or that the cultures have been killed by heat treatments.

My question is, what enzyme/probiotic pills have you all tried out if any. Also, any other tips on combating this side effect of the diets we're on?
 
Hahaha man I know all too much about it. I reallly dont' think there's a real way to avoid it. Excessive gas and shits are just part of eating 5000 calories a day. You just gotta go with the flow.


EDIt: haven't tried any of the mentioned pills though. I just don't see them helping too much
 
Try switching protein brands. Some brands give me bad gas, while others don't. Seems to me like the whey protein concentrates give me more gas while the isolates give me less.
