Stimulants propylhexedrine comedown advice ?

ive done propylhexedrine a couple times before but never really had anything for the comedown
just ordered 2 more and im just wondering if any of yall have any advice about how to deal with the comedown

Easy to source stuff would be weed (carful), kava, kratom, f-phenibut, etc.
Basically best stuff for stim comedowns varies depending who you ask but gaba drugs and opioids are usually high on everyone's list, Id say opioids, but it varies. I also NEED weed during a stim crash but that makes lots of people anxious so ymmv. Basically a propylhexedrine comedown is identical to a bad meth comedown so same shit applies both places.

Really it’s just another stimulant so the main classics apply best. Benzos would be the best and then opiates. I can’t in good conscience recommend these since they are so addictive and come with their own sets of problems. I think if you have good self control then a mg or 2 of Xanax (spaced out) would be the best. Usually mix with some weed. Basically what the guy above me said
