I have been sitting on trying this for weeks. I don't want to go into a trip report, I really have a couple of questions that I'm sure no one can answer.
I was very pleasantly surprised at first - I used to be a meth addict among other things (coke, heroin). Became a meth addict about 5 years ago - and woke up from that so to speak, about a year ago, I guess it was.
To the topic at hand which is the prop, I figured if anyone wouldn't like it, it would be someone who used stimulants heavily in the past.
I'm in recovery but the overwhelming desire to use ... point is - I wanted to get high. I used prop. So far there's been no copping - no calling old connections, no buying points... ideally I've used without the horrendous consequences I'd suffer had I used something else. In terms of harm reduction, so far so good with prop - I've accomplished that. My biggests fears going into this were that it would start a chain reaction and it'd turn into an endless meth or coke binge. That is closely related to my other biggest fear which is the come-down.
I've been researching this stuff for the last few weeks. I read so much about it before I decided to do it. The main reason I did that was to convince myself to do it or not to do it. I was undecided until last night when I made a decision. Most days the thought of being poisoned by some garbage kept me from deciding to do it. The thought of how this isn't even a drug anyway, I thought, made it easy to leave a couple of the packages under the cabinet for the last few weeks. I wasn't worried about ruining my recovery this time. 10 years ago I was excited about recovery. By now or at this juncture its not even that I want to be clean - I just can't use anymore. I can't use because there's nowhere left to go with my using - if that makes sense. Using isn't an option but that doesn't mean I'm happy about it and embracing the program. I wish I felt differently.
I read time and again that the come down made it all not worth it and that the comedown is horrific. The thing is, though, I read pretty much every possible analogy and outcome. That tells me that ultimately I won't know how it works for me until I have this experience behind me.
Still I feel like asking some questions despite knowing that someone else's experiences are completely different from mine. An example is earlier I read a post where the person said they had tons of meth experience and would rather die that take propylhexadrine again. So obviously they hated the stuff. That shows me that because someone has a history with meth, whether they like pph or not isn't related to that.
When I was studying it on the web before I did it, I read one person say they had a hell of a time with putting it down but that they always had a hard time stopping. No shit - meth was really hard on me because of that inability to let it go - I'd end up binging for weeks into months until by the time it was over a lot of years had passed.
Needless to say I'm concerned with when the time comes to come down. I have no benzos. If I had some that would fix that whole fear. I have nothing anymore that will knock me out - nothing in the house works for that anymore. In fact I can't think of much that would work even if I had the ways and means to get something.
the reason I started this was to ask a simple question about redosing. Again, so many people hate the stuff and think it's worthless so I guess its useless to even ask for any opinions. I used 250mg several hours ago. I'm doing fine right now. I'm plenty okay with the strength of the experience. However, I know from past experience that since i have a 2nd one here, the chances of me NOT doing the 2nd one are probably non-existent. I did read some say that the times they did 2 or 3 they had the hardest time coming down. I read a person say that they went back and did just one and the come down wasn't bad at all. Any experience on that?
I'm trying to talk myself into being happy with the fact that I used something retarded, it worked and I am pleasantly surprised. I should be happy the outcome has been so positive and in fact, if I don't fuck things up, who knows maybe this is something I can try again and enjoy possibly on occasion in the future for when I just can't stand being clean for a second longer... if it all worked like that - THAT would be great. If I could accept this for what its been without chasing, without too much suffering (as coming down off stims is always horrificIMO) - then maybe I can get away with this another time without going off the deep end.
That's all. I have another but at the moment don't need it. If I should need it, after getting through the taste/smell issues, I can only imagine that trying to stomach one NOW would be very difficult. I got through the first one with little consequence but connections by association have already started building. I guess I want to know what the effect of redosing is. I read some say they should have stopped at one. I read some who the 2nd made them very ill. I can't recall if I've read any positive experience from adding more on top. Does anyone have any experience with doing another when they come down? Were the effects increased, the same, diminished? If anyone has anything that might help me out, I'd love to hear it.
I found very little info about plugging prop and due to how that ROA completely bypasses some things - basically all the reading I've done this year on the blood brain barrier and first pass this and so on - I was actually slightly afraid to plug it without reading that others had successfully done that. Oh wait I read someone say they filled up an OZARKA BOTTLE and shoved it up their ass. Sorry, I just couldn't take their experience report seriously after I read that. Seems to me that plugging it would BY FAR be the best method to avoid the taste/smell issues. However, past experience tells me that certain substances become extremely powerful when plugged. I'm not sure pph needs to be any stronger at the onset. If all other factors were the same - like how powerful the feeling is didn't change with varying routes of administration then I'd very much like to know. I mean if I ever do this again - today or any day over the rest of my life, if plugging it does not change it then there is no other way I'd ever do it again.
If I don't post this I never will. I've been looking at it for freakin ever. lol
Thanks.
