Propoxyphene buzz

I've took up to 400mg of the stuff. Didn't really like it that much. I would rather do Hydro/Oxycodone.
 
When I took 1600mg I thought I was going to die. But I literally was not scared of dying because of how fucked up I was, and I was hallucinating madly. I was flying through a purple/pink field of flowers at a million miles per hour. It was awesome. But, I'll never do that again. Right now I'm on 200mg of Darvocet, because I want to save my codeine.
 
Dextropropoxyphene is the right-hand isomer (is that the proper term?) of the molecule and is definitely more active than the left-hand form of the molecule (both isomers are found in Darvon-100). Darvon Simple (manufactured by Lily) is dextropropxyphene (and I believe APAP free) and definitely creates a stronger buzz than Darvon-N.

If you are somewhat opiate naive then propoxyphene can give a nice buzz that lasts much longer than hydro or oxy.

From experience it seems that once one encounters the trippy-vertigo side of Darvon, it becomes an easy line to cross and relatively low doses and basically ruining the drug for that person.

I take adderall, Klonopin 2mgs, and these dextropropoxyphenes'.... for H WD's... is this a really dangerous combo? (i usually take adderall in the morning, Kpin in the afternoon, and darvo and nite.....)
 
To keep my tolerance and cravings to the minimum, i eat 400 mgs of propoxyphene about once a month and usually drink 2-4 beers on it. It doesnt get me really fucked up--no nodding off or anything, but still a really enjoyable, warm, tingly opiate buzz. Like everyones sayin, with a very tolerance 300 to 400 mgs will get you feelin good.
 
propoxyphene is used to commit suicide because of its very steep and dangerous dose-response curve....

1 may help with pain. 3 or 4 may kill you easily.

search for DARVON cocktail or darv + suicide or darvocet + suicide in search engines....its the preferred method in fact. most commonly suggested way to kill yourself because small quantities do the trick quickly.

You're exatorating. Though it has been lethal for some people in small amounts it's still generally safe, though it often has some bad side effects. The Darvon cocktail is a mix of 3 or 4 drugs, one of them phenobarbital, one of them a strong, fast acting benzodiazepine like midazolam or alprazolam, and the third is dextropropoxyphene. When mixed it's obvious that they are easily lethal, but that's more due to the barbiturate mixed with the potent benzodiazepine, the added dextropropoxyphene just adds some more lethality to the mix.

Ya ive read about that cocktail on google group's. The ones where the sad fucker's talk on and on about doing themselves in. But i imagine that the benzo, phenobarbital mix is more to keep you from having grand mal seizures before you die thus making your death a little bit easier.

Darvon is plenty lethal on it's own and with the old propoxyphene hydrochloride death within 1 hour was not unheard of. As for the phenobarbital well we all know how lethal barbiturates can be.
