Nope. Just shoot and some people lay down so you don't get cramps. You just shoot it up there, it stays (depending on how much water you use, don't go crazy) and you sit in chill for 30 -60 minutes. You have muscles that take care of it. You don't poop yourself because you have diarrhea do you? Same idea...kinda.

There is no proper way to do it. So don't Its probably best you avoid sticking things up your ass..

And plugging is a great (and effective!!) alternative for people who experience gastrointestinal problems from taking mdma orally since it bypasses the stomach all together.

To the poster above who laughed at the idea of using KY to lube the syringe, what is unusual or funny about that? If you're going to insert something into your asshole (which is very tight, cf. paragrah above), a little lube helps.

I hope you haven't tried anal sex yet. Because you're in for a big surprise....

sorry artaxerxes, it just made me laugh when i read that...it just seems odd to put a syringe that far up there, for the need for lube...now im aware. anyways, yes i have done anal sex with my girlfriend many times and lube definitely helps
