PROPER USE OF 2 MIC. SYRINGE FILTER...?...a little help?

Due to the frequency of IM injections of DMT, I have decided to be on the safe side and filter.

The filter fits on the end of the syringe between needle and barrel.

My question is this: which direction is the filtered flow...from inside syringe barrel out or is it filtered as you draw it up?

I just ordered these things from an on-line vendor, but haven't received them as yet.
Maybe there will be an arrow or something...?

You put the stuff you want to inject into a syringe, then attach the wheel filter and then push it OUT into another STERILE syringe, with this syringe you can then inject.
