Wow, I have not posted in quite a while.
Most consider Concerta, (methylphenidate) , a real bitch to abuse for lack of a better word. What makes it worse, doctors more often than not perscribe it knowing it's less common abuse potential, at least comparative to Adderall and Rtalin.
But since it is so much easier to get your hands on some Concerta, don't throw away your little brother's old perscription just yet! Because while not easy, Concerta definetly has abuse potential. I will go over how to prepare it.
First examine the pill. If you have the oval shaped, grey filled capsule, you might as well stop reading, as they are useless. (unless you feel like crushing it, and seperating the intertwined grey and white dots for hours on end.)
luckily, the conventional, cylinder shaped concerta works. You will notice it is very hard, so don't even bother trying to crush it.
Once you have the appropriate pill, go ahead and obtain a few items: a pair of scisors, a pocket knife, and a rag or towel you don't mind ruining.
(before we get started, please be aware the process is an absolute bitch for the same high as conventional ritalin. this is only for those of you desperate enough to go through this process)
First, grab your concertas. I usually do two 54mg, but I have built up quite a tolerance. So adjust according to your own body. Run your concertas over hot water, I recommend doing it in a small bowl. After about 20-30 seconds of soaking, pick them up carefully. grab your towel, and rub them back and forth, drying them off. you should notice the red coating come off, revealing the two sides to the pill, white and grey.
As I said, use a towel you do not care about, as it will be stained with a dark red coating. DO NOT USE A NAPKIN/TISSUE. YOU WILL RUIN YOUR PILL.
After the coating is removed, you will now notice the two halves to the pill, one grey, one white. you now know where to cut.
use the scisors two chop directly in the middle. it will require a substantial amount of pressure to cut it, hence why you need to be careful in case the two halves fly across the room.
now take the grey, time-release half and place it aside. do not throw it away just yet. get the white half, which is pure methylphenidate. Now must people say you need to peel o0ff the coating with your fingers, and crush up the rest and snort it. DON'T DO THIS. the coating contains methylphenidate as well, and this method would be a waste. Instead, grip the pill with your thumb and pointer finger, and use your pocket knife to shave the pill, much like shredding cheese. do this on a plain black surface, or at least a non-white one, and you will notice the white shavings pile up from under your hand.
you will need to use a card of some type to allign it into a proper line every so often.
shave the pill fast, back and forth. try not to use a pocket knife without edges, rather one that has those spikey ridges. I find this safest as well as moth effective for extracting the methylphenidate.
Now, you will notice you got your line of methylphenidate, but it is clumpy and thick. DO NOT SNORT YET. It will basically stick like glue in your nose. you will need to slowly chop each clump up into a smaller powder. sadly, this is the hardest and most time consuming part. it takes quite a while, possibnly 10+ minutes. before you start this process, grab that useless grey half I mentioned, and check it to see if there is any leftover white methylphenidate on it. If so, scrape it off. If not, you can just throw it away.
Once you finally chop it all up to your liking, sniff it, play some good music, and enjoy!
