i haven't been this hype for a movie in years. i listen to coast to coast am, watch every ancient aliens episode and subscribe to that theory, so when i heard about this i could barely contain my excitement. super ill cast + ridley scott, fuck yes!

Oh boy, another Alien movie. Outside of the original Alien and Blade Runner, I'm not a huge Ridley Scott fan. I can see this just being another Summer Blockbuster Cash-in for whoever is producing it.

I'm EXTREMELY excited about this movie. Ridley Scott making an Alien prequel! Forget about it I'm there in a heartbeat.

Yes, the newest trailer is SO exciting, it looks beautiful (Charlize Theron sure doesn't hurt ), and that creepy Alien-esque scream is in the background again like it was for the original Alien...so that means SCARY TIMES!!!

in the trailer they do that lettering lines fading in thing they did at the start of ALIEN, which disconcerted me slightly

^ Not to mention the shot of the female-led space marines in a room full of mysterious pods, and the shot of the guy grabbing at his face, and the fact that one of the characters is an android with a European accent.
